Race Reimbursement Rules for 2025
At any point during the year once a member completes 5 races you can submit for your membership reimbursement. Use the membership reimbursement form.
Race reimbursement will be $300 per member while funds last. A rider is eligible to receive only 50% of this amount in the first 6 months of the year. If a rider leaves the team before the end of the first half of the year they are not eligible for any additional reimbursement. Teammates must race or ride in a Blue Agave jersey and if you were to make podium please wear your Blue Agave Jersey or T-shirt. Race reimbursements will be paid in the beginning of July and January the following year.
Blue Agave will reimburse up to $50 per event. You must provide a receipt for each event and fill out the race/ride reimbursement form.
Riders that join the team after the beginning of the year will only be eligible for half year of reimbursement ($150). The full amount of their membership dues will be reimbursed after 5 races. Again as our funds permit but the membership dues will always be reimbursed after 5 races.
