How do I join Blue Agave Racing, and what does it cost?
Buy a 2026 Blue Agave jersey from the shop and you are a club member: the road jersey costs $35.73 to $76.15 and the trail mountain bike jersey $35.73 to $47.42. Riders planning five or more mass-start races a year can add the $75 race membership for race-fee reimbursement. More in the FAQ.
How does race reimbursement work?
Buy the $75 race membership, race five or more mass-start events in current-year team kit, and submit receipts. The team repays up to $50 per event and $300 a year, at most $150 of it for January–June, paid in July and January. The $75 comes back after five races, while funds last. Full rules.
Where can I find Texas bike races and group rides?
The Blue Agave calendar lists road, gravel, mountain bike, cyclocross and triathlon events in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas, plus weekly group rides, rebuilt nightly from sources including USA Cycling, TMBRA, GHORBA and Chasing Watts. Open the calendar.
What are the team rules?
Members agree to ten rules, including: wear current-year team kit at races (required for race reimbursement), promote team sponsors, race clean with no UCI-banned drugs, wear a helmet on the bike and aim to make team-organized events inclusive of all fitness levels. Racers with three first-place finishes or a series championship are strongly encouraged to move up a category, and the rules include a liability waiver. Read all ten rules.
What is Blue Agave Racing’s race record?
From 2016 through the fourth race of the 2026 spring TMBRA series in Waco, Blue Agave racers logged 841 TMBRA starts with 115 wins and 228 more podium finishes, and 969 starts in all. The team won the 2026 TMBRA Team Challenge. Hall of Fame.
